KATHMANDU: Siddhartha Bank has launched Siddhartha Mero Share Khata for customers applying for initial public offering (IPO) and further public offer (FPO) through ASBA.

This savings deposit is for individuals who want to invest in the share market in a simple and secured manner and wants attractive returns on their savings, the bank said in a statement.

The attraction of this product is free online ASBA application facility, free DMAT account opening facility, free annual fee of Mero Share online application of CDS and DMAT account, free accidental death insurance coverage of up to Rs five lakh, interest rate of six per cent per annum and SMS alert, among other facilities.

This account can be opened in all the branches of Siddhartha Bank and Siddhartha Capital located in Narayan Chour, Kathmandu.
