Kathmandu, January 18
The Nepal Telecom (NT) is going to make systemic improvements to prevent the recurrence of mobile and PSTN telephone service interruption.
The mobile and PSTN telephone service of the state-owned company has suffered interruption since Tuesday noon.
The NT issued a statement today stating that due to network congestion, customers had to face difficulties in exchanging calls for some time.
NT is committed to providing long-term solutions to prevent the recurrence of such problems in the future. The company is always committed to providing uninterrupted quality telecommunication services to the customers, it said.
The company has also requested all customers to contact 1498 and 1988 for any problem related to interruption in mobile, telephone and other services of the company.
