KATHMANDU: Sunrise Capital Ltd has completed the allotment of 5,612,260 shares of Modi Energy Ltd to 561,226 people at the rate of 10 shares each here on Sunday.
Modi Energy Ltd had floated 5,559,420 shares at a nominal price of Rs 100 per share to the general public under the issuance and sales management of Sunrise Capital Ltd, as per a media release.
The allotted shares included the remaining 52,840 shares of the employees at the time of issue and sale.
The issue had received 1,229,741 applications.
