KATHMANDU, APRIL 28
An aircraft of Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has arrived in Kathmandu after undergoing repair work in Israel.
NAC Spokesperson Ramesh Poudel informed the RSS that the 9N-AKX aircraft landed at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) on Saturday evening following its maintenance in Israel.
Spokesperson Poudel mentioned that the NA aircraft had been sent to Israel for repair work at the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Company.
In a press statement, NAC Spokesperson Poudel noted that the maintenance and repair works had been delayed due to a lack of aircraft spares and accessories, and the plane had been grounded since December 1, 2023.
