PrimeLife goes public
KATHMANDU: PrimeLife Insurance Co Ltd floated its public issue from Tuesday. The company has issued 10,80,000-unit of ordinary shares with a face value of Rs 100 per unit, according to the company. The
paid up capital of the company
will reach Rs 360 million after
the public issue.
UTL’s new pre-paid
KATHMANDU: United Telecom Ltd (UTL) has launched the prepaid service in the wireless fixed phonelines also. The company said that the costumers, who will buy the phone will get free talktime equivalent to the amount they paid for the phone that is Rs 3,650. United Telecom is the only company in Nepal that provides cheaper telephone service, claims the company.
BoAN helps Boys union
KATHAMNDU: Bank of Asia Nepal (BoAN) has helped Boys Union club financially under the bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The bank has helped the club in a bid to contribute to the national sports. BoAN hopes that its contribution will some how help develop national sports.
Sipradi’s programme
KATHMANDU: Sipradi Trading Pvt Ltd — in coordination with the Thankot Traffic Police — orsanised ‘Road safety and climate change’ programme in its head office on Sunday and Monday. On the occasion, Sipradi gave safe driving training for 30 people and training on environmental safety and how to minimise the environment pollution. Sipradi also organised the tree plantation programme in its office.
