NATO holds sixth AGM, elects new committee

Kathmandu, August 19:

Nepal Association of Tour Operators (NATO) held its sixth annual general meeting (AGM) in the capital today.

During the AGM, Basant Raj Mishra, president of NATO suggested NTB to support NATO in organising various promotional programmes. NATO has announced various promotional programmes including a road show to Japan between the Dashain and Tihar, and joint promotional event in South East Asian countries.

The AGM has also elected a new team, according to a press release. Basant Raj Mishra has been elected as president, while Ashok Pokharel and Manohar Rana are first and second vice-presidents, Yadav Kh-anal and Sridhar Acharya the new secretary and treasurer.
