NATTA, LATA sign MoU

Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) and Lao Association of Travel Agents (LATA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) today, in an attempt to promote global tourism.
The MoU was signed by Rabi Paudel, president of NATTA and Vayakone Bodhisane, president of Lao Association of Travel Agents at a function held in the capital today.
Both the associations agreed and admitted that the MoU is a beginning which will plays a crucial role in enhancing international mutual understanding and in integrating and consolidating universal travel fraternity, said the MoU.
Nepal and Lao, both countries, are landlocked.
This, MoU, will further help in establishing most cordial ties of friendship, expand the vistas of cooperation and coordination, exchange visits of its members to each other’s country to boost tourism, the associations said.
