KATHMANDU: Marking its 18th anniversary and World Heart Day on Friday, Ncell Axiata Ltd organised a free health camp in Lainchaur, Kathmandu.
Over 400 individuals participated in the programme and sought free medical services for various ailments, as per a press statement. The health camp was organised in association with Norvic International Hospital. During the health camp, free medical examinations for ailments related to cardiology, gynaecology, paediatrics, dental, and general health checkups were conducted by doctors.
Likewise, free ECG and diabetes tests were made available. All the patients who were screened at the health camp can also avail 20 per cent discount at Norvic International Hospital for extended health checkups as per the referral in the prescription.
In the camp organised from 9:00am to 4:00pm, medicines were distributed for free to those needing them.
