KATHMANDU: Ncell pre-paid customers can now buy voice pack straightaway, instead of following the process of recharging balance and subscribing the pack. The leading mobile service provider of the country, Ncell, that launched voice pack recently for pre-paid customers has introduced voice pack voucher cards, which make subscribing to the voice pack simple and easy, as per a statement. Ncell pre-paid customers can simply buy daily or weekly voice pack voucher card and add its talk-time on their mobile set, just like the way they top up the balance. Voice pack voucher cards are available in two options: daily pack voucher card is priced at Rs 11, including taxes, and provides 11 minutes of talk-time, which pre-paid customers can use for making calls to any other Ncell number. Weekly voice pack voucher comes at Rs 60, including taxes, and gives 70 minutes on-net talk-time. The voucher cards are available in all Ncell centres, Ncell shops and authorised point of sales (PoS). Voice packs offer special price benefits to the customers. By subscribing to a daily voice pack, customers can make calls to other Ncell numbers at a price that is 60 per cent lower than the regular rate. With weekly voice pack, the price of call goes down by almost 66 per cent compared to regular rates. Prevailing tariff of voice call stands at Rs 2.50 (including taxes) per minute. However, customers can continue to buy voice pack using their main balance, if they prefer.
