Nepal-Japan ties

KATHMANDU: The government of Japan has conferred certificates of appreciation to altogether nine organisations and people that have contributed to strengthen Nepal-Japan bi-lateral ties.

Ambassador of Japan to Nepal Masashi Ogawa had handed over the certificate to them on Friday evening. Nepal Chamber of Commerce has been conferred with CoA for its contribution to strengthen bi-lateral economic ties.

Likewise, Archana Pradhan, senior manager of Patient Care Services Department at Grande International Hospital; Chie Shrestha, owner of Café and Restaurant; Masako Yamane, KAI therapist at Rural Health Education and Service Centre; Hiroko Iimori, owner of Hotel Sunset View; Nobuo (Tokushin) Kasai, chairman of Lumbini Hotel Kasai; Kazuo Suganuma, president of the Japanese Association in Nepal; Midori Sakamoto, Japanese language teacher and adviser at the Japanese Language Teachers’ Association Nepal; and Yoji Matsuda, president of Megane no Matsuda Co, Ltd have received CoA from ambassador for their contribution.
