KATHMANDU: Nepal SBI Bank Ltd has successfully conducted its 29th annual general meeting here.

The AGM approved the directors report, annual financial statements (statement of financial position, statements of profit or loss, statement of comprehensive income, statement of cash flow and all the related schedules and notes to the annual report) for fiscal year 2021-22, as per a press statement.

The meeting resolved to approve distribution of 10.53 per cent dividend, including three per cent bonus shares and 7.53 per cent cash dividend to its shareholders.

The meeting also approved the audited consolidated financial statements of the bank including the audited financial statements of the bank's subsidiary, that is, Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd for fiscal 2021-22.

The meeting has appointed SAR Associates, Chartered Accountants as statutory auditor for the fiscal 2022-23 and ratified their fees.
