KATHMANDU: NMB Bank held its 27th annual general meeting (AGM) here on Monday.

The AGM was held under the chairmanship of Pawan Kumar Golyan. The AGM approved the proposal to distribute 8.25 per cent cash dividend (including taxes) on the current paid-up capital of the bank, as per a media release.

The bank has earned Rs 3.29 billion net profit, collected more than Rs 186 billion deposits and invested over Rs 182 billion loans till mid-July, 2022.

The bank is providing its services through 201 branches, 138 ATMs and 11 extension counters.
