KATHMANDU: Nepal SBI Bank successfully held its 23rd annual general meeting (AGM) here on Thursday.

The AGM approved the Directors Report, Profit and Loss Appropriation Account along with Annual Financial Statements for fiscal year 2016-17, as per a media release. During the year, the bank was able to record an operating profit of Rs 2.42 billion and net profit of Rs 1.33 billion.

The meeting resolved to approve distribution of bonus shares at 28 per cent and cash dividend at 1.53 per cent.
