KATHMANDU: A two-day Nepal Trade Summit (NTS) is being organised here on Thursday and Friday (May 17 and 18) to bring together industrialists, traders and concerned stakeholders especially related to steel, cement and energy sectors.

The event will see participation of renowned manufacturers of steel, cement and energy products from Nepal and India along with seven other nations, over 300 delegates and over 25 exhibitors.

While a technical session has been scheduled for Thursday evening, Finance Minister Yubaraj Khatiwada is scheduled to formally inaugurate the summit on Friday.

Famous Nepali industrialists like Pradeep Kumar Shrestha and Hari Bhakta Sharma along with representatives from India and other nations will make presentations during the summit.
