Nepali products to be showcased in Paris in November

With a view to promote Nepali exportable products, Nepal-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NFCCI) in association with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Paris (CCIP) is organising a Nepali business show in Paris in coming November. This is the second time that NFCCI is organising one country show in Paris where 50 different business houses, industries, export based companies and entrepreneurs are taking part to exhibit and promote their products.

Preparations are underway for the invitation and advertising in France, which is very crucial in the success of the event, states a press release issued here today by Nepal-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NFCCI). La Rotonde situated at the heart of Paris owned by CCIP is the venue for the event. The event is expected to serve as a platform for the participating companies who have active export business in Europe. The expo is expected to open the wider possibilities of Nepali export business including joint ventures with France and the European Union.

There are free ports, storage, and displays in custom zone as the European countries are interlinked, states the release. Besides private sector participants, representatives from the Trade Promotion Centre (TPC), Export Promotion Committee (EPC), Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), Handicraft Association of Nepal (HAN), and Export Council of Nepal (ECN) are also scheduled to attend the event.
