CG Properties introduces 71 villas including row and standalone houses at Sunakothi
CG Properties The VillaKathmandu CG Properties Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of CG Holdings, recently launched ‘The Villa’ premium luxury villas at Sunakothi, Lalitpur. Spread over 26 ropanies, the project will have 71 villas including row and individual houses. Citing that there is a huge gap between demand and supply in the real estate market, he said, “The real estate sector is gradually regaining its lost momentum due to which projects get sold out immediately after the launch.” Each building will be two and a half storey and have modern designs. The built up area depends on the type of building that starts at 1,449 sq ft up to 2,148.42 sq ft. Row housing is available at 2.5 annas to three annas whereas standalone houses are spread over an area of four annas to six annas.
