KATHMANDU: CG|Motocorp, the automotive division of CG|Holding and authorised distributor of Suzuki four-wheelers in Nepal, has launched the new facelift version of its popular passenger car ‘Celerio’.

The Suzuki Celerio, positioned as ‘The Perfect Family’ according to the company, has attributes that perfectly suits the need of the family requirement.

The new Celerio comes with tried and tested award winning K10 engine that develops a peak power of 68 ps with class leading mileage claimed at 23.1 kmpl. The car has been given a trendy facelift with new front grill and stylish front bumper assembly while the changes in the rear portion has given the car visually wider stance than its predecessor, as per a media release.

The Celerio comes with high ground clearance of 170mm, minimum turning radius of 4.7m, large wheel base of 2425mm, height adjustable seat, electric adjustable ORVMs, auto down driver power window, keyless entry, electric power steering, powerful air-conditioning, Bluetooth handsfree system, to name a few.

The car comes with standard driver airbag across all variants, anti-lock braking system, ELR seat belt with force limiter and pre-tensioner while it is among the few cars in the market with pedestrian protection system design to reduce neck and head injury to pedestrian in case of unwanted mishaps.

In terms of security from theft the car comes with immobiliser and security system. The car comes with starting price of Rs 2.339 million with four-year warranty and eight free servicing.
