KATHMANDU: On the occasion of upcoming festivals, NIC Asia Bank has launched a scheme for its customers, enabling them to send domestic remittances for free through their mobile banking app for the next two months.
Under the scheme, customers can send up to Rs 25,000 daily anywhere within the country at any time free of cost till October 1 through the bank's mobile app.
The bank believes that today's need for digital transactions can be solved by this scheme, which has been introduced to save the valuable time of the customers, besides getting rid of the hassle of having to go to the bank branch and send remittances in physical form.
NIC Asia Bank is one the largest banks in the country, providing banking services through 359 branch offices and 473 ATMs.
