KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company Ltd (NLICL) has successfully concluded its 34th annual general meeting for the fiscal year 2020-21 under the leadership of its Chairperson Prema Singh, endorsing 15 per cent bonus shares and cash dividend worth Rs 31.80 million for taxation purpose, as per a press release.

The life insurance company raised an insurance premium of Rs 12.52 billion, maintained an insurance fund of Rs 42.04 billion, and made a total investment of Rs 39.25 billion during the review period.

As part of its CSR, the company supported in construction of a community hospital at Sindhupalchowk and signed an agreement with Ek Ek Paila to operate the same for the next three years.
