KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Co Ltd (NLICL) has announced new bonus rate for its policyholders.
The new bonus rate has been announced after receiving approval of the financial report of the fiscal year 2021-22 by Nepal Insurance Authority, as per a press release.
The company has fixed the bonus rate of Rs 63 to Rs 85 per 1,000 insured in various insurance plans. In term life insurance plan, Rs 64 per 1,000 for nine years; Rs 64 per 1,000 for 10 to 14 years and 15 to 20 years; Rs 70 per 1,000 for 21 to 25 years; Rs 85 per 1,000 for 26 and above.
Similarly, under term and full life insurance, Rs 64 per 1,000 for nine to 20 years; Rs 70 per 1,000 for 21 to 25 years; Rs 85 per 1,000 for 26 to 29 years; and Rs 85 for 30 years and above.
Advance Payment Term Life Insurance Scheme has been set at Rs 63 per 1,000 for nine years; Rs 63 per 1,000 for 10 to 14 years; Rs 64 per 1,000 for 15 to 19 years; Rs 64 per 1,000 for 20 years and above.
