KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Co Ltd (NLICL) has concluded its four-day annual conference 'Annual Business Leaders Conclave' in Pokhara with the slogan 'Shifting the Paradigm 2023-24'.
The conference was organised under the chairmanship of Suresh Prasad Khatri, the chief executive officer of the company, as per a press release, with the aim of deliberating on the current situation related to the company's business and drawing a clear blueprint for the coming year while honouring and rewarding the branches that did the best business in fiscal year 2022-23.
More than 150 people participated in the conference, including heads of departments and heads of provinces, branch heads and marketing staff from all over the country. Hridayeshwar Pandit, deputy director of Nepal Insurance Authority, the regulatory body, provided training to the employees participating in the conference in relation to money laundering and prevention of financial investment in fraudulent activities.
