NTB promo on BBC TV

Kathmandu, October 27:

Nepal Tourism Board is running a media campaign on BBC World and bbc.com from October to June 2009. A 30-second and 15-second TVC is telecast on BBC World News, Hard Talk, Fast Track etc and five Images Creative of Nepal placed in bbc.com. A 15-second visual has been placed in News on Demand (NOD). The TVC can be seen in three beams — South Asia, Middle East, and Europe. Images Creative and NOD can be clicked on bbc.com in Europe and Asia Pacific. According to BBC, NTB’s ‘NOD campaign’ has broken all records. It delivered a whopping CTR (Click-through Rate) of 3 per cent, double that of any campaign. The banner campaign also gained at 0.28 per cent, which is almost 50 per cent higher than the last phase of 0.19 percent.
