Kathmandu, January 8:

Varun Developers Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of RJ Corporation, one of the leading conglomerates in India, is going to develop a multi-billion real-estate project — Park View Horizon — in Dhapasi, Kathmandu.

“It will redefine luxury, comfort and living style,” Ravi Jaipuria, chairman of RJ Group, India, addressing the press meet here today, said. “It is our dream housing project,” he said, adding that Nepalis deserve to live in comfort.

The group is building 185 units within next two-and-a-half years by 2010. “Targetted to the high end premium clientele, Park View Horizon has priced its units from Rs 80,00,000 to over Rs 2,30,00,000. It is planning middle and low end housing projects also.

RJ Group, a group whose portfolio includes everything from Pespi Bottling to retail to fast food to health care, education and real estate development is planning to bring restaurent chain in near future.
