Ramesh Corp celebrated its sixth Founder's Day with a carnival-style event at Godawari Village Resort, bringing together employees in a day-long programme focused on unity and shared purpose.

Held under the theme "Together in Every Moment", the event featured games, food stalls, music and entertainment, creating a festive atmosphere for staff.

The company observes Founder's Day annually on March 18 to mark the birth anniversary of its Chairman Emeritus, the late Ramesh Gupta, whose leadership laid the foundation of the organisation.

A highlight of the event was the Founder's Day Awards, recognising employees for their contributions. Awards included the Founder's Loyalty Award, Visionary Leadership Award, Rising Leader Award, Star Performer Award, Rising Star Award and Excellence in Leadership Learning Award.

The company said the celebration reaffirmed its commitment to its core values-integrity, innovation, professionalism and collaboration-as it looks ahead to continued growth.
