KATHMANDU:

Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has unveiled the fifth round of voluntary retirement scheme (VRS) to rightsizing the staffs. The VRS is targeted to the assistant level (first to fifth) employees working more than 15 years, states a press release. Under the scheme, employees would receive gratuity of at least Rs 2,15,000 and a maximum of Rs 5,70,000 depending upon their service tenure as extra benefits as well as all normal facilities as per the existing regulations.
