KATHMANDU: Brihat Investments Pvt Ltd held a six-day real estate marketing agent training in collaboration with Thai Real Estate Business School (TREBS) of Thailand.

The event aimed at shedding light on the professional significance of real estate marketing agents for organized growth and development of the realty sector in Nepal.

“The training was aimed at ethical promotion in real estate business,” said Om Rajbhandary, chairman and CEO of The Comfort Housing Pvt Ltd. He added that the real estate agents that the training has produced can act as a credible information bridge between buyers and sellers, “It will promote professionalism in this sector and make it more transparent and secure,” he said.

The course, which concluded yesterday, saw Rajbhandary and TREBS director Dr Sopon Pornchokchi give out certificates to the participants. Earlier on February 12, a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Brihat Investments and TREBS for mutual collaboration.
