Sanima Bank introduces KIOSK

KATHMANDU: With an aim to provide customer-friendly services, Sanima Bank introduced KIOSK self-service banking for its customers on Thursday — the first in the Nepali banking industry. Customers of Sanima can now avail an array of banking services from KIOSK at its head office, Alakapuri, Naxal, as per a press statement. Amidst a ceremony, Chairman of Sanima Bank Binaya Kumar Shrestha inaugurated the machine. The machine currently provides services such as cheque deposit, statement printing/viewing and information related to banking products and services including branch and ATM location. The bank has a plan to add more services like cheque book request, stop payment, balance transfer, mobile top up, et cetera in the future. With the introduction of KIOSK, customers of the bank can now complete their transaction with a short turnaround time. The bank plans to provide the KIOSK service from its branches in the near future, the statement adds.

Lemon in AdStars

KATHMANDU: Advertising Association of Nepal member agency Lemon Pvt Ltd is up for global recognition as one of its campaigns has made it through the final rounds of AdStars Korea. AdStars is the world’s first advertising festival convergence of both online and offline world, as per a press release issued on Friday. Out of 17,698 entries worldwide this year, Dabur Nepal’s ‘Real School of Nepal’ (entry under integrated campaign led by promotion in AdStars) made it amongst the finalists. ‘Real School of Nepal’ is a national-level school competition where students can showcase their talent, confidence, intelligence and teamwork. Established in 2009, Lemon Pvt Ltd has organised leading corporate events and has been continuously working with clients like Dabur and other prominent clients in Nepal. AdStars final competition is scheduled for August 20 to 22 at Busan Exhibition and Convention Centre in South Korea.
