KATHMANDU: Sanima Bank has been providing ASBA service since January 14, after receiving approval from the Securities Board of Nepal for accepting application of IPO/FPO of public companies.

With an objective of simplifying and hassle-free ASBA system, the bank has started online ASBA facility to customers from May 15, as per a press statement.

Now customers having i-banking facility (with third party payment) can directly apply share by logging into i-banking whereas new customers not having i-banking facility have to apply for i-banking facility to avail the online ASBA. Along with this, Sanima Bank has started the demat account opening service from all of the branches, except head office.
