Shubha Homes has opened bookings for its newly developed planned housing colony at Dhapasi Heights, Kathmandu.

Developed by Housing and Development Pvt Ltd, the Shubha Homes are built on earthquake resistance technology RCC frame structure. The company has used international branded construction materials like Kotto Ceramic tiles of Thai Ceramic Company, American Standard Fittings, bathrooms with Thai CP Fittings, red or black granite counter and Thailand diamond stainless steel ceiling, states a press release issued here today.

Each of an independent house has a car-parking porch and small vegetable garden, as well as a common garden, grocery, barber shop, fitness centre and round the clock security in the colony.

Shubha Homes has also arranged financing through Siddhartha Bank Ltd.
