Silvanus appointed MD of Dolma Consulting

Joseph Silvanus has been appointed managing director for Dolma Consulting, the advisory arm of Dolma Group.

For the last eight years, he was CEO at Standard Chartered Bank in Nepal with additional governance responsibility for Afghanistan and Bhutan.

Prior to that, he was with Standard Chartered Bank across various geographies, and worked for ANZ Grindlays for 27 years.

Silvanus will use his deep insights and experience in Nepal and internationally to support banking and financial institutions, small and medium enterprises, and corporates in their drive for growth, efficiency and access to international capital markets, as per a media release.

Dolma Consulting will also offer services to development partners in projects wishing to attract international and local private sector capital. Dolma Consulting offers clients a full suite of services to improve governance, compliance and performance to raise equity, debt, and blended finance to achieve their domestic and global goals.
