KATHMANDU: As part of celebration of 200 years of Nepal-Britain relationship, Nepal Britain Bicentenary Exhibition (BIEX) is currently being held at the gallery of Nepal Art Council.

This exhibition started on April 15 and runs until April 30. As an extended event of the main exhibition of BIEX, Standard Chartered Bank’s Lazimpat Branch is hosting a collection of numismatic (currency) collection of Nepali banknotes printed by world renowned De La Rue and historic botanical paintings of Nepal done through research of Sir Frances Hamilton, renowned historian and a botanist, as per a media release.

The exhibition is taking place at the bank’s ‘Drishti Art Gallery’, a unique lounge created by the bank three years ago.
