KATHMANDU, APRIL 12Internet service provider Subisu Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding with the APAC IPv6 Council to promote the adoption of IPv6 technology in Nepal.The agreement was signed on April 9 during the 4th APAC IPv6 Council Meet held in Kathmandu.The partnership aims to facilitate technical collaboration, knowledge exchange and capacity building in internet infrastructure.Under the agreement, Subisu will participate as an organisational member of the council, enabling greater engagement with regional and global stakeholders.Officials said the move is expected to support Nepal's transition towards advanced internet systems, which are essential for future technologies such as IoT and cloud computing.
