KATHMANDU: Making a flamboyant entry into the Nepali market, Syska LED inaugurated its largest ever showroom in Kathmandu on May 10. A part of their international expansion strategy, their flagship store in association with Call Mobility aims to provide lighting design solutions to individuals as well as industry professionals.

Ranging from commercial, residential, outdoor to industrial lighting, Syska provides consumers with everything under one roof. The store is located in Putalisadak, and at 2500 sq ft, is claimed to be its biggest worldwide.

The inauguration programme commenced with a ribbon cutting ceremony in the presence of Syska and Call Mobility officials.

Pankaj Bhatt, Vice President-International Business at Syska LED Lights Pvt Ltd said, “Although the brand has expanded worldwide, we always receive so much love from Nepal. This is our largest ever Syska lounge and we are happy to see our hard work and efforts

materialise. We want to provide consumers with one-stop solutions with our lighting engineering and the widest LED range.”

They aim to provide sustainable and customised solutions that meet national and international standards as well as come with a warranty, he added.

The store shall display new models in the residential lighting segment which will be further expanded to include innovative LED models for ceiling lights, garden luminaries, wall sconces and more. The lounge will also showcase

Syska’s high efficiency industrial range of LED lights with the aim of providing sustainable lighting solutions.

We would like to light up Nepal with LED.” The inauguration event further featured traditional dances and the handover of a certificate of appreciation to Call Mobility.

Recently the brand entered the Personal care category and launched 25 new beauty and grooming products for both men and women. Their range includes shavers, trimmers, clippers, hair straighteners, dryers, epilators, curlers and electronic exfoliators. According to the company, Syska Personal care aims to be among the top brands in the category within the next two years.
