Tata’s new outlet
KATHMANDU: Tata Motors, India’s largest automobile company and among the top 10 truck and bus manufacturer globally, has opened a newly designed sales and service facility in Nepalgunj.
As one of the largest sales and service set-ups in Nepal, the redesigned outlet, which is strategically located near the Rupediya border (Nepal-India), has a large display area to showcase Tata Motors entire range of commercial vehicles and a 15-bay workshop fully equipped with modern equipment and trained technicians, to attend to every need of the customer, as per a press statement.
Along with the inauguration of Tata Motors’ newly designed facility, Tata Motors also launched a ‘Mobile Workshop’ for the very first time. Built on a 1613/52 chassis, the mobile workshop is fully equipped to provide comprehensive maintenance and servicing of all Tata Motors commercial vehicles to provide extended after sales reach, including to areas with a small vehicle park.
The newly designed showroom was inaugurated by Ravi Pisharody, executive director of Commercial Vehicles, Tata and Siddharth Rana, chairman of Sipradi Trading.
