Lalitpur, September 13:

Valley Homes Private Ltd (VHPL), a real estate development company, has launched a gated community located at Sunakothi named Terraces, says a press statement issued by VHPL.

Located on the southern out-reaches of Kathmandu city, Terraces nestle on a plateau overlooking the terraced rice fields in the neighbourhood of the idyllic village of Sunakothi, says the statement. Designed by Siddharth Gopalan, the homes are neatly located in a well-planned layout to give each owner their private space.

Apart from the conventional 24 hours water and electricity supply, a strong security team aided with closed circuit surveillance cameras will provide security at Terraces, says the press release. Terraces, in a significant way, represent a growing desire and need of a section of the well-off urban population to live close to nature while staying conveniently close to Kathmandu.
