NUWAKOT: This year’s Nuwakot Mahotsav saw financial transaction worth millions of rupees. Sharan Sapakota, coordinator of the Mahotsav main organising committee said that the fair made transaction of nearly Rs 40 million. The fair had 135 stalls featuring locally produced rainbow trout fish, strawberry, and handicraft products Sapakota said adding that more than 1,50,000 people visited the Mahotsav organised by Association of Nuwakot Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Nepal Tourism Board.
