TAPLEJUNG: In a bid to improve farming system and increase the quality of organic fertilizer, a farmer in Taplejung district has begun earthworm farming for the first time in the district. Shiva Gurung of Phungling VDC has started earthworm farming for increasing agricultural production. He brought the earthworms from Pakhribas of Dhankuta district and plans to attract fellow farmers to this system.However, he is having problems convincing his own family.
