United Telecom Ltd (UTL), the private telecom service provider, has extended its offer —

to provide limited mobility mobile phone service — for driving license-holder for yet another three days. “It will offer a mobile phone service with a simple HHT mobile set for Rs 1501 and a set with FM radio for Rs 2001,” states the press release.
