WhiteHouse College in charge of ACEM courses
Kathamndu, March 24:
A memorandum of understanding was signed between WhiteHouse College and Advanced College of Engineering and Management on March 22 to run and manage undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in engineering, science and technology education.
The new management will undertake engineering programmes at Kupondole in affiliation with Tribhuvan University, as well as, science and technology programmes under Purbanchal University at Knowledge Village, Khumaltar, Lalitpur.
The MoU was signed by Yubaraj Sharma, CEO of WhiteHouse College and Shriram Neupane, director of ACEM. On the occasion, the academic director of WhiteHouse College S P Singh emphasised on the importance of the MoU signed between the two leading academic institutions and affirmed the commitment to work together towards bringing about quality technical higher education in Nepal.
ACEM’s director Neupane expressed his views on developing a technical university at the initiative of the new management.
WhiteHouse College CEO Sharma thanked the board of directors of both institutions for materialising the collaboration and practising strategic alliances in higher education for overall improvement of quality education in the country.
Ram Kumar Sharma, head of the engineering school, gave the vote of thanks at the end of the ceremony.
