The meeting of World HRD Congress is to be held in Mumbai on February 3-4 with a theme ‘Getting to the root of competition — HR as a solution provider.’

Human Resource professionals and managers from more than two dozens countries are participating in the World HRD Congress, states a press release.

The congress is expected to address leadership challenges in new business scenario and also to build next generation leaders. “The meeting of the management professionals is being organised to address issues germane and are at the root of global business competition, sharing practises in channelising people power and their ingenuity for building cutting edge corporations and to stir critical issues in people management and leadership at board level,” states the release.

Meanwhile 13th International Management Film Festival is also scheduled as a pre-congress event on February 2 with a theme ‘Maximising people Value Through Innovations.’
