KATHMANDU, MAY 16

Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry in coordination with Bhagwan Mahabir Jain Niketan and Arambha Foundation has started free isolation centre service at Jain Niketan located in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu.

According to a press release issued on May 13, the isolation centre has 26 beds and provides free food and medical assistance from nurses, but has no oxygen and emergency services.

There are two health workers and one doctor to check the health condition of people staying in the isolation. Covid-19 patients can get health check-up, counselling and medicines as well.

The service is dedicated to those people who have difficulty arranging for home isolation.

Kathmandu Metropolitan City-29 will coordinate with the service-provider and infected people to see who needs the service.
