Ambition angst

What would you want to be in future? This is the singlemost important question all schoolchildren have to contend with. Deciding your ambition is the most difficult task for a schoolgoer. But students, especially those in higher classes, ought to make decisions about their career and future especially before others make their decisions for them. At this point being still in a dilemma is most scary.

After millions of thoughts and advice, you often end up choosing the wrong profession and find out that there is no scope for happiness in your life.

The amount of advice (which actually is the troublesome part) and comments passed on your ambition are worth millions of rupees in your mind.

Besides, your parents’ dreams are the utmost things you have to keep in mind.

In making this crucial decision, constraints like your field of interest, parental desires, scope in future, the earning it gives, etc. make our choices limited to a handful. Sometimes your hobby and profession may not be one and the same but one must be very sure of the fact that you should be able to give 100 per cent in whatever you do. Some points you must take into consideration are:

Think about your field of interest:

You can never give that touch of operfection until and unless your mind and body together work on a job. Your mind works where it has interest on. So first identify your field of interest.

Listen to yourself:

There are many people who often tend to comment and give advice. Take advice, listen to everybody but the ultimate decision must be made by you. It’s your future and you have to live there.

Think two times:

Before you reach a decision always give a second thought on it. Health, overseas studies are few things that may create difficulty in future. A second thought will never go waste.

Experience counts:

If you find it very difficult to choose your goals take help of some experienced person who has already been in the field that you have chosen. It really helps a lot in boosting your confidence and taking correct decisions.

Dream the desire:

Once you have shaped your ambition don’t change it often. The ultimate challenge one has to face here would be to dream. Once you have dared to dream about your future you can even dare to achieve it. Dreamers are achievers.
