After months of speculation that Jackson would sell his house in California and permanently move to Bahrain, his lawyer Thomas Mesereau confirmed the reports, according to contactmusic.com. “He is moving on in life. He is living permanently in Bahrain. He has friends there who have been very loyal and helpful to him in a difficult period of his life,” said the pop icon’s lawyer.
