LONDON: Batman star Christian Bale says he is tired of people labelling him a sex symbol. New-magazine.co.uk reports that when he was asked about his new status as a sex symbol he said, “Who isn’t one these days? All you have to do is stand on this side of the red carpet and you’re called a sex symbol. There’s no more to it than that.”

Asked what his wife thought about the mental and physical transformation he undergoes for his roles, he replied jokingly, “She gets to sleep with a whole bunch of different men. So, maybe it’s not so bad.”
