Blunt digs 70s music
LONDON:
British singer James Blunt, who is usually reserved about his musical inspirations, has revealed that he is influenced by the music of the ’70s. Ananova.com quoted him as saying, “I’m really influenced by the music of the ’70s as I think there was an honesty about it, with bands like Fleetwood Mac and Steely Dan.” He gave a heads up to fans saying, “It’s not just me now as I have a five-piece band, so the show is much livelier than people expect. I hope it has the same sort of feel as those bands had, with an emotional roller-coaster.”
