SMS day observed :

This year’s SMS (St Mary’s School) Day was observed on September 8. Each class had its own game stalls like trashing cans with a ball, lucky dip, khulja simsim, bingo, ringing the bottle, guessing the cake weight. The idea was to raise funds. There was a special gift for the class raising the maximum amount. There were food stalls too. Raffle was drawn by the environment club. The first prize — Laxmi gas stove — was won by one of the teachers, Anjana Magar. There was a disco too, which was enjoyed by all students. — Nikita Tripathi, Class VIII, St Mary’s School, Kathmandu
