Kangana to silence critics

MUMBAI:

Kangana Ranaut has started taking classical singing lessons to silence critics who say her dialogue delivery is poor. “I wake up at 4 in the morning and get ready for my riyaaz (practice). My guru is Amitabh Chakraborty. He arrives on the dot at 5 in the morning and we practise for a good two hours before I leave for shooting,” says Ranaut. Kangana not only hopes to master the ragas but she is confident that classical singing would help her improve her voice quality. “I’m sick and tired of people complaining about my dialogue delivery. I didn’t want to just take diction and voice classes. That’s why I decided to kill two birds with one stone. ” Kangana hopes to release an album some day. “Next I plan to learn guitar. Maybe Saif and I can perform at a concert together,” she says.
