It’s now known to all that Karishma Kapo-or’s marriage had gone sour in the recent past after the delivery of her daughter Samaira. And now husband Sanjay Kapur has brought that out in open. Sanjay has filed a case in the Delhi high court seeking to prevent Karisma to take her daughter out of country without his consent.

Sanjay claimed that the passport of their five-month-old daughter was made illegally. As per the law both parents of a minor child have to submit an affidavit to procure a passport. But Sanjay was never informed about the passport. The court has issued a notice to Karisma and also the RPO asking them to reply by August 12.
