Once upon a time, in a village there was a family of three — father, mother and a son named Arjun, who was very lazy.

His father was a farmer and his mother helped his father in the work on the farm. However, Arjun did not help around the farm nor the small house that they lived in.

Then his father got an idea. The very next day, his father and mother woke up very early and packed their bags. They woke Arjun and told him that they were going to the next village for a month and that Arjun would be responsible for the house and the farm.

They gave Arjun some money and left.

For the next three-four days Arjun enjoyed a lot with the money his parents had given him. However, the money ran out and the house was in a mess. Then Arjun slept for two whole days, but he could not sleep any more because he was very hungry.

He was left with no choice but to clean the house and cook his own meals.

When his parents came back, they were very happy with Arjun and they lived happily ever after.
