KATHMANDU:

If you are wondering which place to visit for authentic Oriental cuisine, then your search ends at the Arniko Room Restaurant at Hotel de l’ Annapurna. Arniko Room, known for its delectable dishes, has come up with a scrumptious spread to entice your taste buds.

Revising their menu of Chinese dishes, they have added cuisines from different countries. “This place is already known for its fabulous spread of Chinese cuisine, and to provide more for our customers, we have added different dishes from Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore and many more. We hope our regular customers will be delighted to try different cuisines under one roof and more food lovers will come to try them,” said Sangita Gurung, the hotel’s marketing executive.

All the dishes are prepared by Chef Jitendra Raj Basnet, who has been keeping the restaurant’s Chinese food lovers satisfied since 2005. Focusing on the seasonal products, Chef Basnet believes in using fresh products from the local market using it creatively, giving the perfect taste.

The revised menu consists of mouth-watering starters, soups, exotic main dishes and desserts. You can try the Crispy fried honey mushroom, Slice tenderloin with oyster sauce and Hakka tofu in soya chilli according to your choice.

They also serve this mind blowing Chow chu prawn, which is perfect either as a starter or even as a side dish. Prawns dipped in batter and deep-fried giving it a crispy crust but soft and tender meat is the right choice if you dig seafood.
